Privacy policy

Your rooms stay on your device

Foldspace stores your rooms, room names and messages, decorating progress, unlocked items and preferences locally on your device. We do not receive this data, and Foldspace does not provide its own cloud storage or sync rooms between devices.

You can edit room messages and delete rooms in the app. Removing the app on iPhone or iPad deletes its local app data. Device backups managed by Apple may contain app data, depending on your settings; Foldspace does not manage those backups.

Room photos and sharing

Room photos and captions are created on your device. Foldspace keeps temporary image files to prepare sharing and removes older temporary exports when you take new photos.

When you choose to save an image to Photos, the system may request permission to add it. Foldspace does not read your existing photo library. When you share an image, it is handed to the app or destination you choose, whose privacy practices then apply. Images saved or shared outside Foldspace remain there until you remove them separately.

Game Center

Foldspace uses Apple's Game Center sign-in. You can decorate rooms without signing in. The app does not upload your rooms or local decorating progress to Game Center and does not submit leaderboard scores or achievements.

Apple handles Game Center account information under Apple's privacy policy. You can manage Game Center through your device settings.

No advertising or tracking

Foldspace contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites, sell personal information, or automatically send your room content to a developer-operated server.

When you contact support

If you email swixer.support@icloud.com, we receive your email address and the information and attachments you choose to send. We use them to reply and investigate your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for support.

Support email is handled through Apple's iCloud Mail. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or meet legal obligations. You can contact the same address to request access to or deletion of information you have sent us.

This website

The support website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not add analytics scripts, advertising or tracking cookies. GitHub may process technical information, such as your IP address, when serving the website. See GitHub's privacy statement.
